When submitting their participation forms through the relevant website, the participants will provide the Organizer with their personal data. The Organizer is responsible for the storage, use, processing and transfer of the personal details of all participants. During all data processing transactions (e.g. recording, processing and transferring data), the Organizer will act in accordance with the applicable legal requirements. The data necessary in order to conduct the Loop the Loop Challenge will be stored and forwarded to Dunlop and the Organizer’s and Dunlop’s affiliates only to the extent necessary to carry out the Loop the Loop Challenge. Any such data transfer will take place within the EU and Switzerland.
