We allocate five sets of Dunlop SP Sport Maxx tyres (or an equivalent set of Dunlop tyres) among the people who participated to the Loop the Loop quiz through this website, with a value of up to €800. The organizer of this prize draw is Goodyear Dunlop Tires Operations S.A., having its registered office at avenue Gordon Smith, 7750 Colmar berg, Luxembourg (the “Organizer”). Participation is free of charge and irrespective of any purchase of Dunlop products or services.
The quiz starts on May 18, 2009 and ends on May 23, 2009 at 12 am (CET). The winners will be chosen at random. The five winners of the prize draw will be informed by e-mail. To participate in the prize draw, you must be 18 or older, and you must have registered for and answered to the questions of the quiz on this website. Employees of the Organizer and its affiliates, as well as close members of their families, are not allowed to participate in the prize draw. There will be no cash payment. Participants to the prize draw explicitly waive any recourse to legal action to the extent permitted under the laws of their country of residence.
When submitting their data in order to participate in the LTL, the participants to the prize draw will provide the Organizer with their personal data. The Organizer is responsible for the storage, use, processing and transfer of the personal details of all participants. During all data processing transactions (e.g. recording, processing and transferring of data), the Organizer will act in accordance with the applicable legal requirements. The data necessary in order to conduct the LTL will be stored and forwarded to Dunlop and the Organizer’s and Dunlop’s affiliates only to the extent necessary to carry out the LTL. Any such data transfer will take place within the EU and Switzerland. For participants residing in France:
The participants can obtain the reimbursement of the costs for the connection to the www.looptheloop.dunlop.eu website, required for their participation to the prize draw and/or the consultation of the complete terms and conditions of the prize draw, by sending a written request before May 23, 2009. The reimbursement will be calculated based on a lump sum of 0,11€ all taxes included, and will include the postage costs for sending the written request for reimbursement or for consultation of the complete terms and conditions (on the basis of the tariff for postages under 20g). The participant will have to submit evidence of the date of his or her connection to the website, and the Organizer reserves the right to verify the reality of the participation. Only one reimbursement will be allowed per family (same name, same address). Any reimbursement requests for illegible participations that do not correspond to the above description or requests that have been submitted after the end date for participation to the prize draw will not be taken into account.
